Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Nestling, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Nestling provides

Nestling is a baby tracking and wellness guidance app. It helps you log feeds, diapers, and sleep; provides age-aware nap window predictions; and offers optional AI-powered Cry Insights (Beta). Nestling is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Who can use Nestling

You must be 18 or older to create an account. By using Nestling to track a child's data, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to data collection on their behalf.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login secure.
• You must provide accurate information (email, baby's details).
• One account per family/household (but unlimited caregivers can share access on Pro).
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Free plan: No charge. 14-day history, up to 2 caregivers.

Pro plan: Monthly subscription via the App Store. Billed monthly; auto-renews unless you cancel. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Subscriptions.

AI+ add-on: Optional add-on to Pro. Billed separately; cancel anytime.

Refunds are handled by Apple's App Store policies. We don't process payments directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share false or misleading information.
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access our systems improperly.
• Use Cry Insights or other features to diagnose medical conditions (they're guidance only).

Your data

You own your logs, notes, and audio recordings. By using Nestling, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data to provide the service. We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve nap predictions and features. We may share data with service providers (like AI processing services) to deliver features, but we never sell your data or share it for advertising purposes (see our Privacy Policy).

Warranty disclaimer

Nestling is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that nap predictions will be accurate, that Cry Insights will identify causes correctly, or that the app will always be error-free. Nestling is wellness guidance only—not medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician for health concerns.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestling and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost data, injury, or emotional distress) arising from your use of the app. Your sole remedy is to stop using Nestling and cancel your subscription.

Changes to the service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Beta features (like Cry Insights) may change frequently or be removed.

Termination

You may close your account anytime (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days (see Privacy Policy).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes will be resolved in Alabama state or federal courts.
